1. Truthful information
Locums must provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information about qualifications, professional experience, skills, role, rates, availability and any compliance documents submitted to the Platform.
2. Right to work
Locums must hold and maintain a valid UK right to work for the duration of any booking accepted through the Platform.
3. Professional registration
Where required for the role, locums must hold and maintain active registration with the appropriate UK regulator, including but not limited to the GMC, NMC, HCPC, GDC, GPhC, GOC or GOsC. Any suspension, restriction or lapse must be reflected on the profile immediately.
4. Compliance documents
Locums must provide accurate compliance documents (identity, DBS, indemnity or insurance, training, occupational health and references where applicable) and must update them promptly when they expire or change.
5. Scope of bookings
Locums must only accept bookings they are qualified, competent, authorised, insured and legally permitted to perform.
6. Professional conduct and confidentiality
Locums remain responsible for their own professional conduct, adherence to applicable codes of practice, the common law duty of confidentiality and any patient confidentiality obligations.
7. Independent professional
Locums engage with clinics on their own account. LocumAI is not the locum's employer, agency or payroll provider. Locums remain responsible for their own tax, National Insurance and any other legal or financial obligations.
